ELECTRONIC GRADE SOLDER PASTE

We offer a complete line with three different series of Electronic Grade Solder Pastes. All of our pastes are Halide-Free and Halogen Free. Pastes are available in jars or 10cc and 30cc Syringes, or Cartridges.

3000 Conventional No Clean

	Low residue with levels of 3.3-5.5%
	Long tack time up to 16 hours
	Excellent wetting ability
	Capable of printing .12 mil. pitch
	No slump
	Low odor
	Translucent residue
	Passes bellcore requirements
	Meets IPC requirements for ROL0, N-Clean
	Air reflow

8000 Water Soluble

	Cleanable in plain water
	Stable flux system

9000 Series - Rosin Type
