ELECTRONICS SOLDERING FLUXES
Soldering and Surface Mount Fluxes
#312 Alcohol based "No-Clean" Flux formulated for foam fluxing
applications. Flux contains no rosin or resins and successfully replaces rosin
fluxes.
#425 Water based "No-Clean" Flux formulated for foam or spray
applications. (only available in 5 gallon size)
#32 Water based and non hazardous foam flux. The residue and raw
flux are water washable. This is the only water based non flammable flux on the
market.
Dispensable Fluxes
#8600 Dispensable Rosin Tacky
Flux that is water soluble packaged in 10cc syringe
General Purpose Fluxes for Tinning
#30 Water based super safe non-hazardous general purpose flux. Used for tinning and
other electronic applications. It is a water washable flux and our most popular.
Also very good for stained glass.
#40MM4 Water based non-hazardous VOC free organic acid flux. It is excellent for
difficult to tin metals and badly oxidized leads.
Liquid Rosin Fluxes
#97 TYPE R Rosin Flux is non-activated. The residues are
non-corrosive and non-conductive.
#99 TYPE RMA Rosin Flux that contains no chlorides. The residues are
relatively non-corrosive, but may be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.
#100 TYPE RA Rosin Flux that contains a chloride activator. Residues are
corrosive and should be removed.

#75 Inorganic Acid Flux used for Ferrous Alloys and Stainless Steel.

ALUMINUM SOLDERING FLUX
#1260 Aluminum Soldering Flux is a high activity,
organic-based chloride-free viscous formulation.
It works well joining difficult-to-solder metals like aluminum
copper, brass, stainless steel,
kovar, zinc and nickel. The residues are water-soluble and are
easily removed.
This is sold in 1/2 pound containers.
BRAZING PASTE FLUXES
#601 Silver Brazing Paste Flux is a general purpose broad temperature range flux.
It works well on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys as well as stainless steel and
carbides.
#6M Silver Brazing Paste Flux is useful for silver soldering of copper alloys and
precious metals.
