Aoyue 883 IR Preheating Station
The 883 is designed with a large infrared heating surface to suit a wide range circuit board sizes.
1 - 310x310 mm (12.2x12.2 in) effective pre-heating area. Minimizes warping on larger sized boards.
2 - 1500 Watts Ultra-High power heating element. Significantly shortens time to reach desired working temperature.
3 - Closed loop control. Two sensors can be attached to the board for a more accurate temperature feedback.
4 - Triple sensor system enables us to monitor both top and bottom board temperature while adjusting the internal heater temperature.
5 - Multi-Point board holder. Secure fit for various board sizes and shapes. Effectively minimizes BGA balls shorting together due to board warping.
6 - Programmable 6 segment reworking profile. Set and store the desired duration and temperature to ensure high success rate for repetitive reworks.
